Hey there! I'm Brianna, a spirited service designer with a zest for life and a strong affinity for my French roots, hiking and the great outdoors. With a background deeply rooted in the world of hospitality, I've honed my skills over 15 adventure-filled years, understanding customer needs and employee perspectives like the back of my hiking boots.

 

Armed with a blend of service design and UX design know-how and a commitment to making a positive impact, I bring a versatile toolkit ready to tackle any industry challenge head-on.
