hey there!

I'm Bri, your Fitness coach

I specialize in high-intensity interval training (HIIT), corrective exercises, and pre/post natal fitness for moms! I started my journey into fitness in a physical therapist office where I learned the importance of proper form and exercise when dealing with injuries and ailments.

From there I began working at a private club teaching group HIIT classes and one-on-one personal training for people of all ages. 

Now, I’ve added moms and moms-to-be to my clientele with a specialization in prenatal and postnatal fitness to ensure a healthy exercise regimen while pregnant.

While I hope that this page answers all of your questions, I know it can’t possibly be the case. I’ve included below some of the most popular questions I receive in an effort to minimize confusion.

My semi-live classes are the same eight classes available on-demand, but scheduled and broadcast at specific times throughout the day. I do this to give you an option to work out on a set schedule that is out of your hands (similar to a class at a studio) for those of you who like to have structure to help you stick to a routine.

We are producing 8 original F.I.I.T. classes for this series currently, but hope to add more in the future. Those classes are then programmed for unlimited weeks worth of exercise so you can get the most out of the program and see results, fast.

In addition to the 8 workout classes, there are additional bonus videos that will be available in the member area.

Because these programs are at-home workouts, it’s very easy for you to go at your own pace! Take breaks, grab water, or stop the stream whenever you feel that you need to. It’s in your hands. Because of that, I feel that this program is great for almost anyone.

I’ve had past clients in ages ranging from 13 to 60 do intense interval training like this.

That being said, you should consult your physician before taking on a new exercise program and make sure you are cleared for take off before joining.
